Trail - Adult Wellness Program
LifeTrail is based on age and lifestyle appropriate activities that
add carefully researched upper and lower body exercise to a typical
outdoor walking regimen, while providing opportunities for social
interaction.

LifeTrail was developed by Playworld Systems in cooperation
with Penn State University faculty members Dr. David Proctor,
an exercise physiologist specializing in older adults, and Dr.
Geoffrey Godby, a professor specialized in leisure behavior
