At Rex Playground Equipment we take GREAT PRIDE in our reputation, our products and our services. We have a wonderful relationship with our customers and the community in which we do business. So when we found out recently that a certian unscrupulous competitor has been spreading some very misleading (and downright untruthful) information regarding our company and our product warranties we new that it must be addresses immediately.

This is the way it has always been and the the way it will continue to be. We only work with the best manufacturers and will absolutely NOT offer our customers inferior equipment OR warranties. We do stand behind our products before and after the sale and will not abandon a customer once a sale is complete. Whether it's 3 days later or 3 years later we will be here to help you with your equipment needs!
